
Avvocato Roberta Longhi graduated in Law from the University of Verona with a thesis in comparative private law entitled “La Zugewinngemeinschaft quale possibile modello di regime patrimoniale atipico” (The Zugewinngemeinschaft as a possible model of an atypical matrimonial property regime), after a period of study at the University of Regensburg (Germany).
Her experience in a law firm in Frankfurt and the subsequent years of practice in constant contact with German speaking clients laid the foundations for the development of her expertise in international law and cross border matters.
She is fluent in German and has obtained the bilingualism certificate pursuant to DPR 752/76.
For almost twenty years, she has been providing legal advice in German, French and English to companies and private clients from Germany, Austria, France and Belgium.
She is listed among the German speaking lawyers at the Consulate General of the Federal Republic of Germany in Milan.
